First Article Inspection (FAI) Report and Mass Production Control Report
For the first collaboration or production of the initial sample, we adjust our machinery according to the customer’s drawings and design specifications for production.
During trial production, we inspect all dimensions and control key critical dimensions. We also provide material, plating, and environmental reports to create the FAI (First Article Inspection) report. Additionally, we communicate any issues or challenges encountered during the initial sampling process to ensure the product’s cost and quality are within reasonable and controllable limits for the customer.
These reports are then submitted for customer trial assembly. Once moving into mass production, we implement dimensional management and shipment inspection control. The quality of every production batch is traceable to prevent any quality issues from reaching the customer.

Inventory Planning Report is used to provide our customers with full supply chain visibility under VMI (Vendor Management Inventory) service management for any customer plans. The planning report provides insights into on-hand inventory, on-purchase orders with material due dates, potential delays, expedited orders based on projected material consumption, order cancellations, and decisions on expediting actions, as well as visualization of material overconsumption and shortages. This report offers real-time data sources from the field and warehouse for quick risk classification reviews.
We assess your annual usage estimates and work with you to ensure inventory is available when you need it but doesn’t appear on your books or balance sheet beforehand. We ensure that you are only responsible for the inventory you’ve committed to. Replenishment Programs
A replenishment program, which can also be called a stocking agreement, is a program where the supplier places a new order for parts once an agreed upon threshold has been met. We will track your part usage and based on your estimated annual usage as well as what we have in stock; we will place a new order for parts when that threshold is met. The threshold can be a certain stock level or based on estimated lead time of parts.
The benefit of this is we will take the time to track stock and usage of all your parts and place orders when needed so we don’t run out of parts while also making sure we don’t overstock. We will make sure you always have parts available to you.
Barcoding, Labeling, And Lot Traceability
To help you streamline your inventory management operations, We will work with you on putting together a barcoding and labeling program so you can accurately and quickly trace lots and find order information. Barcoding and labeling eases the receiving process and increases quality by eliminating a potential source of human error. Parts will always go to the correct location, so they are never lost causing a slowdown in production.
Lots are a group of parts that are made at the same time in the production run using the same materials. Having the ability to trace lots allows you to track parts in your facility through use in production. Each lot is given a lot number and all the parts produced at the same time are grouped under this number.
With this lot traceability, you can track what materials are used, when they are used, and in what products they are used. We are confident that we can become a valued partner or yours.
